This emergency first aid carrying device is designed to be a multi tool of carrying options. However the main use of it is to provide more mobility to the 2 man seated carry position. The purpose behind it in a military sense is if injured personnel are deamed immobile and this is the best option of carrying the injured personnel often times it takes two more guns out of the fight. That is a common tactic of terrorist made IED's "Improvised Explosive Device." Adding a portable seat pad to the carrying personnel allows for more mobility in the forearms giving them ability to use firearms, equipment and tools to push through obstacles. The prototype design is mainly used for the military but it can be used in any case of emergency first aid responder occupations.
